I am a qualified Registered Nurse with many years of experience. Most of my working years has been in the NHS particularly in mental Health as Clinical Team Lead/ Community Mental Health Advanced Practitioner

I hold a masters degree in Health and Social Care, Advanced Diploma in Mental Health, Register Nurse Qualification and a Midwifery quantification.

I am highly skilled in carrying out initial assessment, formulation person centred care plan, implementing plan tailored to the need of individual clients, while monitoring and regularly reviewing their progress, as per agreed set objectives and desired outcomes.

These skills are easily transferable when assessing the needs of Children with special needs.
Haven worked for over 23 years in the NHS, I have a wealth of experience in leading and managing people through self development, engagement, self improvement learning and adaptability, drawing on tacit learning, mind re- orientation and collaboration.

Having mentored, supervised and appraised students and staff over the years, I am adequately equipped high quality experience to carry out initial assessments and appraisal jointly, with students to inspire and fan into action their personal best and abilities, to achieve their full potential, under a conducive purposed created environment, which is geared up for stimulation and simulational learning. This will enable students to adjust and learn, retain what they learn, recollect and communicate back, bearing in mind their individualized needs, strength, pace and style of learning.


I also have a back ground of teaching for 3 years non stop years ago in a primary school before going into nursing. What drives me into this now is my passion to enable children produce and be their best.


I have just recently taken my full retirement from the NHS and I have all the time now to put all my skills and experience acquired over the years to helping, aiding, aspiring and enabling children to achieve their full potentials in education.
